Step1: Applicability: The very first step for this process is to check whether the shop and establishment act is applicable on particular business or not. If it is applicable then the applicant may file the application online or offline.
Step 2: Documentation: Before filing of application for shop and establishment registration, the applicant should arrange all the documents which are required for the filing purpose. Once all the requisite documents are arranged by the applicant, then he may proceed for further filing.
Step 3: Filing of application: Once the applicant check its applicability, then the owner needs to file the application in the prescribed form on the specified site of government. Step 4: Scrutiny: After the submission of application along with required details and documents, the concerned officer will scrutinize the application and in case and discrepancy marked by the officer, then he may ask for the justification over it. If it is asked, then applicant needs to comply with it within prescribed time and if no discrepancy marked then no such objection will be raised by the concerned officer.
Step 5: Issuance of License/Certificate: If the concerned officer is satisfied with all the details and documentation present by the applicant, then the officer will issue the Registration Certificate/Licence to the applicant. The whole process will complete within 10-20 days.
